The goblin scavenger is a cowardly thief. He sneaks into human settlements at night to steal whatever may be useful to the tribe, but he prefers to steal shiny objects which he keeps to himself.

Shopae Dawnsun, diviner (CR 8)
Shopae Dawnsun is a traveling wizard. She focuses her attention on divining the future for minor nobles in exchange for a tidy fee. While in the noble's house, she uses her divining to determine the location of any significant valuables or embarrassing information that the noble would prefer remain hidden. She sells her findings to local thieves; she never uses the blackmail information herself.

Town Guard Sergeant (CR 4)

The town guard sergeant commands multiple squads of guards during a shift, as well as leading his own. He is receives regular reports from other squads and makes reports in turn to his commanding officer. He has spent many years in the area and knows almost all residents by sight.
